STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS  

For years Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plants are manufactured in a wide range of capacity ( From 10-15 m3/h to 270 m3/h ) and in very different configurations in order to give answers to various needs of concrete business such as construction, prefabric elements and ready-mix concrete.

From 1983 Elkon has been manufacturing Elkomix Series Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plants according to;

Climate Conditions; Summer Type or Winterized Type

Elkomix series stationary concrete batching plants can be manufactured not only for ordinary climate conditions but also for winter conditions. Winterized type Elkomix series concrete batching plants are equipped with special heating and isolation systems and can work down to – 40 ºC.

Aggregate Storage System; Star Type or Bunker Type

In Elkomix Series Concrete Batching Plants, there are two systems according the storage type of aggregate which is one of the main material of concrete. Star type system which was used in first generation concrete batching plants are removed from our manufacturing programme since 2000. Because in this system the aggregate is directly affected by weather conditions. Instead of Star Type plants Elkon uses Aggregate Bunkers, which is more productive, in his concrete batching plants.

Material Transferring to Mixer; Skip Hoist or Transfer Conveyor

According to Transfer system of the aggregate to the mixer, there are two systems in Elkomix Series Concrete Batching Plants. Due to demand of the customer , concrete batching plants can be manufactured with a double speed skip hoist or with a transfer conveyor.

The Type of the Concrete mix; Pan Mixer Type, Twinshaft Mixer Type or Planetary Mixer Type

In Elkomix Series Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plants, different types of mixers are used to be able to get most suitable concrete mix for ready mix, prefabric elements , paver stone or concrete pipe. All the mixers ( Elkon Pan Type , Elkon Planetary Type and Elkon Twinshaft ) are completely manufactured in Elkon Factories.
