   Mobile Master Series Concrete Batching Plants do not require special foundation structure. There is only need to built both 

   sides ramps for aggregate bunkers or there will be need to prepare a foundation, if there are additional cement silos.For a  

   similar stationary concrete batching plant, the foundation expense is 2-3 times more

ELKON MOBILE MASTER SERIES mobile concrete batching plants are manufactured in three different models.

1-ELKON MOBILE MASTER-60, The capacity of the plant is 50m3/h vibrated concrete and It’s equipped with 1500/1000 l. Elkon Pan Mixer. The Aggregate Inline Silo capacity can be 4x10 m3 or 2x20 m3. Elkon Mobile Master-60 has 30 tons built-in cement silo. The concrete plant can be manufactured as summer type or winterized type.

2-ELKON MOBILE MASTER-100TW, The capacity of the plant is 85 m3/h vibrated concrete and It’s equipped with 3000/2000 l. Elkon Twin Shaft Mixer. The capacity of the Aggregate Inline Silo is 4x22,5 m3. The concrete plant can be manufactured as summer type or winterized type.

3-ELKON MOBILE MASTER-100DRY, The capacity of the plant is 100 m3/h dry-mix and the system does not include a mixer. The capacity of the Aggregate Inline Silo is 4x10 m3. The system has 30 tons built-in cement silo. Elkon Mobile Master-100DRY is only manufactured as summer type and It’s preferred in hot-climates.
