Acceptance Process

The aim of the acceptance process is to locate the most appropriate candidates in to most appropriate positions according to their abilities and their experience. Candidates apply to our company through the carrier web site kariyer.net 

After a pre-meeting for informing the candidate about the related position, candidates may take a test of Russian or English Language according to related position. If they pass , candidates will participate into a meeting with the manager of related department and they will be evaluated according to their common future expectations with our company. If this meeting is positive for the candidates, they will receive a proposal for the related position.
